Reporting directly to the Headmaster and working closely with members of the Senior Management Team, the purpose of this full-time role is to develop and implement student recruitment and retention strategies that maximize and maintain enrolments in all areas of the School, including domestic, international and boarding students.
We seek applications from experienced and enthusiastic candidates, with strong values and excellent relationship-building skills. Proven strategic thinking and initiative, and a positive team focus are essential, along with analytical skills in the use of data to inform decision-making. Experience as a staff member or pupil in the independent school sector would be advantageous, together with a high level of competency in the use of a variety of software packages including the Microsoft Suite and education-based databases.
